Trends in student experience: QILT Student Experience Survey

HED-infographic

Student ratings of the quality of their overall higher education experience have not yet recovered from the COVID-induced dip of 2020. But it’s not all bad news. This infographic outlines what’s improving and where more work is needed.

The Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) Student Experience Survey (SES) reveals the areas in which the higher education student experience took a hit due to COVID. It also provides insight into where universities made gains in 2021 and where they need to focus their efforts as they continue to adapt to the shifting needs and preferences of their students.
