An Update on COVID-19 for our Simplus Community

Simplus COVID-19

The global COVID-19 pandemic is evolving every day – impacting both our personal and professional lives. First and foremost, our deepest thoughts and sympathies go out to anyone who has been affected by the coronavirus.

At Simplus, the health and safety of our employees, clients, partners, and loved ones is our number one priority. I wanted to take this opportunity to share the preventative measures Simplus is taking to minimise risk for our Simplus community and to the greater public.

As a global consulting company we are well-positioned to continue to support our customers remotely and our employees have been encouraged to work from home, practise social distancing, maintain a high level of hygiene and limit travel. Our technology is accessible from anywhere and through any device. Our virtual culture is strong and we don’t foresee this shift to a fully remote workforce impacting the way we do business.

We do recognise that COVID-19 is a rapidly changing situation and we will look to keep you informed of any changes to our business operations if or when they arise. For now, we will be moving our in-person calendar of events online, including our Simplus Sessions. It’s important to keep spirits high and continue to share knowledge, learnings and opportunities to talk with industry peers.

Stewardship is one of our core values and during these times of uncertainty, we will continue to draw upon it to look after one another and promote a caring culture. As part of their response to COVID-19, Salesforce has created a publicly-available Trailmix on Trailhead with tips on how to work from home and maintain personal well-being during this time.

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep our community safe while continuing to provide exceptional service. If you have any questions or concerns our team is here to answer and assist. You can also register your interest in one of our upcoming webinars to continue your industry learnings.
